Location: Tuas area
Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Contract Duration: February 2026 - May 2026

Duties of Sales Support Assistant:

• Process and manage sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, including order entry, updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Liaise with internal teams (Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and related paperwork for deliveries, amendments, and cancellations.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, and work with QA to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), records, and documentation, ensuring proper filing and internal controls.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and follow up on customer payments.
• Assist with monthly reporting, stock counts, freight coordination, and customs-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and order processing.
