- Achieve your own personal sales target
- Assist Branch Manager to drive outlet sales and meet sales targets
- Optimise resources to ensure your team members hit their personal and outlet sales targets
- Manage outlet inventory to ensure accuracy of stock level and proper records of transactions
- Manage merchandise and other marketing displays
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including planning roster, coaching staff, monitoring performances and moderating staff grievances
