• Industry/ Organization Type: IT Service
• Position Title: Sales Representative / Sales Coordinator
• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
• Prepare regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure stock is available for sales and product demonstrations.
• Represent the company in meetings and conferences.
• Negotiate and close deals; handle feedback, complaints, or objections.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, and manufacturers for quotations and pricing negotiations.
• Work with team members on job deployments.
• Collect customer and prospect feedback and share it with internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
• Experience in sales, preferably in IT industry
• Good understanding of the sales process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers
