Job Scope:

• Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing need

• Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solutions

• Assess clients’ financial situations and propose suitable loan structures

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Work closely with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and disbursement

• Ensure smooth onboarding and provide a positive client experience

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in SME Loan / Property / Insurance Sales

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards targets

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to source leads and build own client network
