Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules; update ERP/MRP systems and communicate changes across teams.
• Manage batch production records (BPRs), ensuring accurate documentation, data entry, and audit readiness.
• Verify production and quality records for completeness and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate material issuance, and support stock counts and reconciliation.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, manifests, and COAs and coordinate deliveries with warehouse, carriers, and customers.
• Track shipments and handle basic customer inquiries.
• Compile production reports and support daily operational communications.
• Manage procurement of operational and office supplies.
• Support payroll processing through timekeeping data entry.
• Assist with onboarding and general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative, planning, or logistics roles within manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of GMP and basic food safety principles.
• Familiarity with HACCP and traceability requirements is an added advantage.
