Overview 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales, Marketing & Operations Manager who drives revenue growth by aligning sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and operational efficiency. This role bridges lead generation with customer retention through structured marketing and sales activities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Identifying and securing new commercial, industrial, or residential cleaning contracts 

• Conducting site visits to assess requirements 

• Prepare accurate quotations or tender submissions 

• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing 

• Source and acquire necessary supplies and equipments 

• Develop strategies to grow the customer base and responding to inquiries to convert leads into bookings 

• Monitoring cleaning workflows and standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure efficiency and quality 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients 

• Oversee project operations 
  

Qualifications 

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales, operations (cleaning/facility services experience is an advantage). 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. 

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

• Proficiency in MS Office or relevant software tools. 

• Driver’s license is an advantage (if site visits are required). 
  

Salary 

• In addition to the base salary, employees are entitled to a negotiable commission based on the number of cleaning service contracts procured.
