Job Highlights

• Location: West (Tuas South)

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm

• Basic Salary: Up to  $6,500

• Car Allowance: $1,950 (Preferably possess own transport)

• Handphone Allowance: $150

• Quarterly Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the waterproofing and roofing sector

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth

• Plan and execute client visits, calls, and follow-ups

• Prepare sales and marketing materials (e.g. brochures, presentations, price lists)

• Develop and implement market penetration strategies across different segments

• Collaborate with internal teams to propose pricing strategies and solutions for clients

• Gather market intelligence on industry trends and competitor activities

• Maintain accurate and updated client records and sales data

• Monitor client performance and implement strategies to improve sales results

• Assist in the collection of outstanding payments where required

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline and performance updates

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and claims in coordination with internal teams

• Manage quotations and follow up on updates

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in waterproofing, roofing, or related construction materials are encouraged to apply

• Background in construction, project engineering, or related industries will be advantageous

• Sales experience is a plus, but candidates with strong technical knowledge and interest in sales are welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
