Manage retail outlets
Drive & exceed individual & store targets
Source of new opportunities
Provide excellent customer service
Lead and supervise frontline staff, conduct briefing sessions on company procedures and policies
Evaluate sales and work performance of frontline staff
Ensure frontline staff are well trained in their service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge
Assist in daily retail operations
Desired Skills & Expertise:
3-5 years of Mani/pedi Salon experience
Sales driven & highly motivated
Team player
A highly motivated person who is sales-driven & result orientated
Able to commit retail hours & weekends
Immediate availability is highly preferred
