Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

• Promote the company's beauty products and services through various sales channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitors.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide professional consultation.
• Work closely with management to develop business expansion plans.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Beauty Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, cosmetics, wellness, or luxury service industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
