Business Development & Sales Strategy

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
• Serve as the primary of contact for strategic accounts and high-value prospects
• monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that address client requirements

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Understand client business objectives and provide value-added recommendations
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and appointments with clients
• Proactively resolve client concerns and escalate issues as necessary

Team & Process Coordination

• Coordinate with project, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products /services
• Support management with sales reporting, marketing insights, and strategic planning
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency in sales, client management, and collections

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Highly organized and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence key stakeholders
