Sales Manager (Outdoor Sales)

Job Description

QT Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead outdoor sales activities and expand our customer base in Singapore.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, conducting site visits and closing sales independently. The candidate must be proactive, self-driven and able to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor sales and business development activities
• Meet potential customers and perform on-site measurements when required
• Prepare quotations and proposals for customers
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to closing of sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate with the operations and installation team to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Able to work independently and close sales
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Experience in outdoor sales is preferred
• Experience in renovation, blinds, curtains or home improvement industry is an advantage
