Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the Singapore market and establish partnerships with franchisees, agents, and partners

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support regional sales strategies

• Manage client visits, negotiations, and contract processes to expand business channels

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support business growth

• Support marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and market awareness

• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback to optimize strategies

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion initiatives

  Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, International Trade, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management

• Experience with the Singapore market, retail, or e-commerce industry is an advantage

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure

• Able to travel within Singapore and the region when required

• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
