Review and approve pricing enquiries, ensuring competitive and accurate quotations.
Maintain close communication with customers regarding quotations, order progress, and production status.
Monitor, analyze, and manage customer information to support strategic sales planning and decision-making.
Lead and support sales coordination activities, including pricing strategies, contract administration, and workflow optimization.
Provide guidance to the sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives and service standards.
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time by management.
Possess Electrical and Mechanical technical knowledge and able to read specifications requirements
