Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to manage and grow primary sales across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Mainland China, Japan, and Indonesia. The role involves extensive regional travel and requires strong knowledge of the marine chemical market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities within the marine and shipping industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across assigned markets
• Manage primary sales activities and expand market presence in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Mainland China, Japan, and Indonesia
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with shipping companies, ship-owners, shipyards, port operators, and maritime service providers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and terms, while ensuring profitability
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights to management
• Collaborate closely with operations, technical, and finance teams to align sales activities with business objectives
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth analysis for management review
• Oversee customer support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in marine chemicals
• Strong understanding of marine chemical products and applications
• Ability to manage multiple markets and customers independently
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively monthly for long periods across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Mainland China, Japan, and Indonesia
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and commercially driven
• Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
