Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business and revenue growth. This role is suited for someone who actively sources opportunities, builds strong client relationships, and takes ownership from lead generation through to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and generate new leads through outreach, networking, partnerships, and site visits
  • Identify and approach potential clients, venues, and business partners
  • Conduct outbound sales activities (calls, emails, meetings) to build a strong and consistent pipeline
  • Understand client requirements through effective questioning before proposing solutions
  • Qualify leads and prioritise high-potential opportunities
  • Prepare and present structured, professional proposals tailored to client needs
  • Follow up consistently and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and pipeline status
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline, progress, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in business development
  • Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals independently
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and handling rejection
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify client needs effectively
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads and timelines

Technical & Presentation Skills

  • Proficient in Excel or similar tools for pipeline tracking
  • Able to prepare clear, structured, and visually presentable proposals
  • Good design sense (layout, clarity, visual balance)
  • Familiar with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or similar
