Job Summary

• Drive project-based sales growth by building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and supporting project execution within a dynamic business environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets
• Identify new business opportunities and promote product offerings to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as developers, architects, and contractors
• Support project tenders, including documentation preparation and coordination
• Gather and analyse market intelligence (e.g.competitor activities, pricing trends, new product launches)
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for project and distribution channels
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client engagement activities
• Attend to site enquiries and provide technical support where required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience(candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with good business acumen
• Experience in consumer products or project-based sales is an advantage
