Job Summary

Manage and grow customer accounts by securing orders, establishing new accounts, and executing sales and promotional activities to enhance market presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts by processing orders and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
• Handle off-trade customers such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail outlets, ensuring proper product listing, placement, and stock availability
• Provide accurate and timely market feedback to support business planning and product development
• Prepare customized sales proposals tailored to customer needs and business objectives
• Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement
• Proactively communicate updates on the company’s product portfolio to customers and prospects
• Maintain detailed activity records, including daily orders and periodic sales reports, for performance tracking
• Recommend and implement sales initiatives to support revenue growth
• Apply product knowledge, particularly in alcoholic beverages, to effectively meet customer needs and improve sales outcomes
