Job Summary

The Logistics Sales Executive drives business growth by acquiring new customers and managing client relationships across land, air, and freight logistics services. This role expands market presence, increases revenue, meets sales KPIs, and promotes the company brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive customer visits to promote land, air, and freight logistics services and expand client base
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads to increase company revenue
• Develop and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, quotations, and service solutions to meet client needs
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs to drive business growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and new opportunities
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally to strengthen brand presence and reputation in the market
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely sales performance reports to management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation sales
• Strong knowledge of land, air, and freight logistics services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and engage clients in the field
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office tools
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
