Job Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and challenges through close engagement.
• Support business development through client visits.
• Develop and implement tailored strategies.
• Review and refine plans as needed.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Facilities Management experience.
• Strong, self-motivated sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven ability to exceed targets independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
