• Recommend stylish and suitable eyewear to customers with confidence and product expertise

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle enquiries with professionalism

• Manage outlet inventory — receiving stocks, barcode tagging, and annual stock take

• Process sales transactions (cash/credit) accurately and issue receipts

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented retail environment

• Support daily operations and assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by the Branch Manager

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality

• Retail optical sales experience and familiarity with POS systems are an advantage

• Willingness to learn — comprehensive on-the-job training provided

💰 Salary & Benefits

• $2,500 – $3,000 monthly salary
