Key Responsibilities

1) Customer Engagement

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, offering a warm and professional experience.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle features and benefits.

2) Sales Process

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including financing options and documentation.
• Negotiate effectively to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of vehicle inventory and pricing.

3) Lead Management

• Follow up on sales inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

4) Customer Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver excellent post-sale service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least 'O' Level or equivalent or higher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Team player with positive mindset and integrity
• Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required—training will be provided.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays, with a flexible schedule.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry is a plus."
