Job Summary
Drive business growth by generating and managing sales opportunities for heavy equipment in construction and mining sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive support and strategic sales initiatives. Deliver accurate technical and financial documentation while ensuring effective credit risk management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities for heavy equipment in construction and mining to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong rapport with new and existing clients by delivering excellent pre-sales and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyze competitors’ products and develop targeted sales strategies to improve competitive positioning and market share
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, feedback, and emails to maintain high engagement and service quality
- Prepare accurate proforma invoices and technical specifications tailored to customer requirements to facilitate sales transactions
- Monitor and enforce debt collection processes to minimize credit risks and maintain healthy cash flow
- Compile and submit daily sales activity reports and bi-weekly sales performance reports to Management for informed decision-making
- Execute the full spectrum of sales activities and undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by the company to support business objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering provides an advantage for technical understanding and client engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documentation and reports efficiently
- Class 3 Driving License is advantageous for client visits and business travel
Other Information
- Working Location: Ubi (7 minutes walk from Ubi MRT Station)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.30pm
