Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Establish and sustain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Respond to customer enquiries ( via website, email, WhatsApp, etc ).

· Prepare accurate and timely quotations.

· Communicate with customers and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely completion of printing projects.

· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

· Minimum diploma or higher educational qualification.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

· Good command of English and Mandarin ( To communicate with customers and suppliers ).

· The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.

· Demonstrates strong independence, self-motivated individuals with a passion for achieving sales targets.

· Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field preferably in printing industry is a plus.
