A) Sales & Customer Service

i. Answer incoming phone orders and attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally.

ii. Assist customers by providing product information, recommendations, and support.

iii. Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience at all times.

iv. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to company policies.

B) Sales Operations

i. Process sales transactions accurately using MYOB/Odoo systems.

ii. Ensure that both cash and credit customer receivables are closely tracked for outstanding payments, and post the receivable entry in the system to close the sale.

iii. Prepare daily sales reports when required.

iv. Assist in meeting the sales targets set by the supervisor.

v. Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and new arrivals.

C) Warehouse & Inventory Management

i. Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor/manager.

ii. Conduct regular stock counts and help manage stock accuracy.

iii. Contact suppliers to place purchase orders.

D) Teamwork & Communication

i. Work closely with the various teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

ii. Communicate customer feedback, product issues, or operational challenges to supervisors.

iii. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and briefings when required.

E) Other Duties

i. Continuous improvements of Order Processing and Inventory Management activities.

ii. Assist with ad hoc tasks such as packing, supporting marketing activities, or simple administrative work.

iii. Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
