💼 What You’ll Do (Your Mission)

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities to grow our client base
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients 🤝
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored digital/AI solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals
• Keep CRM systems updated for accurate tracking and reporting
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Must be able to speak and write Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B or IT sales
• (Fresh grads with a strong sales mindset are welcome! Training will be provided)
• Experience in lead generation or account management
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Marine industry exposure is a plus (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
