Job Summary

Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities by managing customer relationships, executing trading strategies, and supporting sales contract processes in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain business relationships with existing and potential customers to support sales growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
• Generate and implement trading ideas to enhance product offerings and sales performance
• Communicate regularly with customers to promptly address demands and resolve enquiries
• Provide accurate price quotations, negotiate trade terms, and finalize trade contracts to secure sales
• Manage sales contract execution including follow-up on payment collection to ensure revenue realization
• Collaborate independently and within teams to contribute to business objectives with a proactive approach

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or ITE certification in business, marketing, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support sales and communication tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
• Self-motivated, dynamic, and persevering attitude with a positive working mindset
