Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned SEA region. Manage the full sales cycle,from lead generation to after-sales support. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs. Build strong relationships with key accounts (retailers, distributors).
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on fishing trends.

Job Requirement:

- Proven sales success, preferably in sporting goods.

- Experience in fishing equipment or related industry

- Strong understanding of the SEA market and fishing culture.

- Min diploma and above.

- Willingness to travel within SEA.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales.
