Job Summary

You will drive sales growth by managing customer enquiries, converting leads into orders, and expanding e-commerce channels. Collaborate with suppliers and support digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to general sales enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and timely information delivery
• Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers to facilitate order placement
• Follow up on sales leads and quotations to convert enquiries into confirmed orders, contributing to revenue growth
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information, pricing, and availability to support sales activities
• Manage and expand e-commerce sales channels to increase online sales and market reach
• Support digital marketing efforts by managing social media platforms and maintaining the company’s online presence, including website and Google page
• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, and product sheets to support sales and marketing campaigns
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for new business development

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably with industrial products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
