Job Summary

As a Sales Executive reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new markets, and enhancing product marketability in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve sales targets
• Identify and evaluate new target markets to expand the product range
• Analyze market conditions, competitor share, strengths, and weaknesses to inform sales approaches
• Monitor client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics effectively
• Forecast business projections and work towards achieving targeted market share
• Participate in marketing activities to promote new products and attract new customers
• Research and capitalize on market opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
• Coordinate improvements in product packaging and support new product development initiatives
• Communicate the unique benefits of customized sterilization setups to new and existing customers
• Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports to track performance and inform management decisions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Biomedical or Life Science is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams
• Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in delivering effective presentations
