Sales Executive | Hazardous Waste Management

• Office Location: Penjuru Road Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $4500 + Commission + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.

• Generate qualified sales leads and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive business growth.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring timely and effective tracking of performance.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and long-term retention.

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks and generate new leads.

Requirement

• Minimum 2 year of experience in waste management sales or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own transport for work related travel
• Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services.
• Strong communication abilities with effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Open to business travel as needed to support company operations
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
