As an exclusive recruitment partner, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join their high-performing team in Singapore. This is a pivotal role where you will drive business growth, nurture high-value relationships with shipowners, managers, and technical heads, and deliver top-tier client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle, from handling initial customer inquiries and technical clarifications to providing dedicated post-sales support.

• Formulate and execute robust sales strategies aligned with business goals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits, high-impact presentations, and technical demonstrations.

• Proactively source, qualify, and convert new leads into profitable business orders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience will be strongly considered.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience within the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, or Power Plant sectors.

• A solid background or familiarity with mechanical and hydraulic systems is highly preferred.

• An established network or existing relationships with shipowners, ship managers, or operators is a major advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. High self-motivation, strong team alignment, and a professional demeanor.
