Job Description:

• Assess client requirements within the AEC sector and propose appropriate BIM or digital construction solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, and prepare proposals or quotations.
• Generate new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, compile reports, and meet assigned sales goals.
• Keep abreast of BIM advancements, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or any related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in sales experience in construction technology or software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
