What You'll Be Doing:

📈 Drive Business Growth

Lead and execute company-wide sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Improve sales productivity, conversion rates, average transaction value, and recurring revenue.

Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives that accelerate growth.

👥 Build High-Performing Sales Teams

Coach, mentor, and develop General Sales Managers, Outlet Managers, and Sales Consultants.

Create a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning.

Build a strong pipeline of future sales leaders.

🎯 Elevate Sales Excellence

Develop and standardize sales consultation processes and best practices.

Deliver structured sales training, coaching sessions, and role plays.

Strengthen consultative selling skills and improve customer engagement.

🤝 Strengthen Customer Growth

Improve customer retention, loyalty, and programmed renewals.

Work closely with Marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion.

Enhance customer experience across every touchpoint.

📊 Lead Through Data

Monitor sales performance, analyze business trends, and provide strategic recommendations.

Develop dashboards, forecasts, and performance reports to support business decisions.

Ensure consistent CRM usage and sales process compliance across all outlets.

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 8 years of sales leadership experience, including at least 3 years managing multiple outlets or regional sales teams

✔️ Proven track record in achieving strong sales growth and developing successful sales teams

✔️ Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills

✔️ Strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen

✔️ Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Healthcare, Retail, or Service industries is highly preferred

✔️ Proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred

✔️ Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage
