• Develop and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations
• Supporting to secure sales volume and profit targets
• Manage the Order to Delivery process and KPI’s
• Manage the price management and sales performance management
• Implement strong price management to maximise sales volume and profitability
• Responsible for business analysis, price management and market intelligence
• Planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations

skills & experience required

• Master / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Min 6 years of regional sales experience in testing & measurement equipment
• Understand about ASEAN market (Indonesia / Phillipine / Vietnam Etc)
• Able to travel around South East Asia for work assignment if need be (40% travelling)
• Comfortable with 60 basic / 40 comms payout scheme + AWS + transport allowance
