Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
• Position Title: Sales Coordinator (Marine Industry)
• Working Location: Tuas West
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (One Sat per month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM))
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries
• Process purchase orders and arrange shipments according to shipping instructions
• Coordinate with customers on cargo readiness and shipment schedules
• Work with the Sales PIC on operational matters
• Coordinate with GB/DSS for parts enquiries, orders, and shipment arrangements
• Issue invoices for supplied items
• Monitor outstanding payments using updated account statements
• Respond to customer questions related to accounts or sales products
• Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support when needed
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the Marine Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned
• Team player with strong dedication to work
• Available to start immediately or on short notice
