Responsibilities:
• Sales order processing (prepare sales order, quotations, invoices, and delivery order) for local and overseas markets.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support quotations and sales enquiries.
• Handle shipping and export documentations for overseas customers.
• Liaise with forwarders/transporters on shipping arrangement.
• Maintain up to date orders information to customers.
• Assist in data compilations, sales and order history reports for manager and customers.
• Update and maintain pricing in the computer system.

Requirements:
• Nitec / Diploma Holders
• Export documentation and Shipping knowledge required
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good team player and able to perform task without much supervision
• Good working attitude and responsible
