·        Assisting sales representative increating quotations and invoices on time

·        Liaising of events (liaising of driver,manpower, logistics, etc)

·        Flexibility in working out of normalworking hours in view of job requirement

·        Requirement to be on site occasionally ifneeded

·        Liaising with vendors and client to meetevents deadline

·        Proactive and able to think out of thebox in providing solutions

Requirements

·        Good command of Chinese & English Language
