Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in Business Admin/ Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Words, Excel) and MS Outlook.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English & Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Result oriented, able to work independently and a good team player.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Responsible for sales administration and daily orders fulfilment, including retrieving orders and submitting document from/ to customers’ ordering platforms and online marketplaces eg. Shopee, Lazada etc.
• Processing of daily delivery orders and invoices and planning of delivery routes/ schedule.
• Liaison and Coordination with related parties, 3PL warehouse, delivery fleet, co-workers and customers on order fulfilments.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries on products, quotation and services via phone call, live chat and email.
• Assist in pick and pack and coordinate stock transfer.
• Assist in inventory management and stock check.
• Maintain good housekeeping on filing and archives.
• Perform adhoc admin duties

Salary range from $2,000
