Responsibilities:

- Liaise with customers on all matters and work with internal departments to ensure that customers requests are met

Requirements:

- Min ‘A’ level / Diploma in manufacturing / engineering or related fields or equivalent

- Min 1-3 years experience in sales or quality in manufacturing industries

- Able to work with inter-department members to support customer requests or requirements

- Able to handle multiple priorities, operate with minimum supervision and adaptable to changes in priorities and approaches in fast-paced environment and work overtime

- Perform others administrative jobs (e.g Data entry, updating customers database)

- Good communication and coordinating skills
