Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales team in developing Sales strategy, prepare reports, manage schedules and administrative work.
• Maintaining sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate service requests to ensure cost efficiency and fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of sales quotation.
• Verifying customer order accuracy.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Perform ad hoc activities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles.
