Responsibilities

* Manage daily work processes using Google Sheets, Google Forms, WhatsApp, and other work applications.

* Communicate with customers (primarily via WhatsApp).

* Coordinate and schedule painting projects.

* Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and regular updates.

Requirements

* Detail-oriented and well-organized.

* Proactive with a positive attitude.

* Responsible and able to follow up closely with customers.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

* Good communication skills.

💰 Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,800/month (depending on experience)
