Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Team in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and operational processes. This role helps maintain strong client relationships, supports sales administration, and assists in monitoring sales performance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Administration & Coordination

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents as directed by the Assistant General Manager.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely preparation of project or sales-related documents.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client information.

Assist in tracking sales orders and ensuring proper documentation.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Support

Act as a point of contact for client enquiries and provide timely responses or coordinate follow-up actions.

Schedule meetings, site visits, and presentations for the Assistant General Manager.

Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.

3. Sales Monitoring & Reporting

Assist in compiling sales reports, project updates, and performance summaries.

Track project or sales progress and update relevant stakeholders.

Maintain sales databases and ensure information is up to date.

4. Operational Support

Coordinate internally with project teams, operations, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist in monitoring deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule.

Support the Assistant General Manager in resolving operational or client-related matters when required.

5. Documentation & Compliance

Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales records and project documents.

Assist in preparing reports or documents required for compliance, audits, or management review.

6. General Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the Assistant General Manager.

Assist in preparing meeting materials, minutes, and presentations.

7. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
