Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with banking partners
• Develop new banker networks to drive a sustainable pipeline
• Provide professional advice on insurance and liquidity planning
• Achieve agreed revenue targets
• Ensure compliance with MAS and internal policies
• Manage accurate and timely submission of business cases
• Service existing clients, including annual policy reviews
• Support client meetings, presentations, and ad hoc duties

Requirements

• 5 to 15 years in sales/relationship management (insurance/banking preferred)
• Valid MAS licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong client network in the Singapore market
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience as a Private Banker / Bancassurance / Insurance Specialist is advantageous
