Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and treatments.

• • Maintain a high level of Customer service and professionalism to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Promote and upsell beauty products and services to meet sales targets.

• Ensure standards are met in communication with our beauty specialist

• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a sales consultant in beauty industry

• Strong knowledge of Brow skincare, makeup, and beauty products

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for beauty and customer care.

• Ability to work on weekends and flexible hours from 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM.

• Having personal clients in Singapore is a plus
