🟥 Working hours: 11am - 8pm Mon to Sat
🟥Salary: $2,500 - $3,000

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with selecting car care products and accessories.
• Provide basic advice on lubricants, car maintenance items, and accessories.
• Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and simple maintenance tips.
• Assist and guide customers on using digital payments and loyalty features.
• Recommend fuels, promotions, and car care services.
• Handle customer inquiries on car care, car wash, and servicing options.
• Assist customers with booking car servicing appointments.
• Work closely with station staff, retailers, and operators.
• Perform windscreen cleaning, wiper checks, and wiper replacements.
• Conduct basic checks for ICE, Hybrid, and EV vehicles (fluids, battery health, tyre tread).
• Help monitor inventory and alert supervisors when stock is low.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• ITE Certificate / Diploma
• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Automotive, Mechanical, or Service-related fields
• Basic understanding of car cleaning and maintenance.
