• Provide administrative support to students, parents, and teachers to facilitate smooth daily operations
• Process all documentation accurately and on time to maintain up-to-date records
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and effectively to customer needs
• Listen to customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist in managing account-related matters to support financial and administrative functions
• Communicate clearly with parents to handle enquiries and provide relevant information
• Support marketing efforts by promoting the company’s services or products to potential customers
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to ensure clear understanding and engagement
• Demonstrate a warm and positive personality to create a welcoming environment
• Maintain a can-do attitude and focus on achieving results in all tasks
• Reflect on feedback and apply improvements to enhance work performance
• Work independently and manage tight deadlines to complete tasks efficiently
