Our esteemed client in the ICT industry is seeking a Sales Admin Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Sales Admin Executive
• Location: West
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
• Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations and processing documents.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries through phone and email professionally and promptly.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of sales order data.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage invoice processing for contractors and vendors.
• Assist with general tasks and assignments as directed by the reporting manager.
• Support the end-to-end management of sales orders for timely fulfillment.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with a minimum GCE “O” Level qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with order processing workflows
• Experience in logistics coordination is a plus
