💰 Salary: $3,500 to $3,800 + 13th Month Bonus
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for administrative support? Join our team as a Sales Admin Assistant and play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations!

🔹 Responsibilities:

✅ Process sales orders, monitor delivery status, and manage post-sales follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.

✅Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-up activities, and coordinating appointments with potential & existing clients.

✅Manage customer enquiries and provide timely solutions to resolve issues efficiently.

✅Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and workflow coordination.

✅Update and maintain accurate customer records within the system.

✅Organize and track sales-related documents and oversee the replenishment of office supplies.
✅ Coordinate with freight forwarders to manage shipment schedules efficiently

🔸 Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
✔️ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Ability to work independently while being a team player
✔️ Ready to start work immediately
