About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Administration cum Logistics Coordinator to support our Sales, Service and Management teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient order processing and professional front-office management.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

• Manage front office duties, including attending to visitors and handling incoming calls
• Provide administrative support to the Manager and internal departments
• Prepare quotations for Sales and Service teams
• Process sales orders and monitor shipment schedules
• Ensure shipping documents are complete and meet customer requirements
• Coordinate mail, messages and courier services
• Support marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions and mailing campaigns
• Perform data entry, filing and document management
• Handle general enquiries and other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Logistics

• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for delivery scheduling.
• Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Handle import/export documentation if applicable.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in admin and/or logistics roles.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
