Job Description
5 days work week (Retail hours, including weekend)
- Perform administrative duties for sales and purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and reconcile records with HQ.
- Handle cash administration, including cash/card transactions and petty cash.
- Ensure efficient administrative operations within the boutique.
- Act as the main point of contact between the boutique and other departments.
- Relay directives, memos, and instructions from HQ to boutique staff.
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date filing systems.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by HQ.
